What is All-on-4?
All-on-4 (or All-on-6) anchors a fixed bridge on four to six implants per jaw. The back implants are angled, so a bone graft is often not needed. It is the most common solution for loose teeth or full dentures.
Process and trips
- From home: send your X-ray (OPG/CBCT) or photos – get a free plan, price and length of stay.
- Trip 1 (5–7 days): CBCT, 3D planning, extractions, implants and usually a fixed temporary bridge (immediate loading).
- Healing (3–6 months) at home with fixed temporary teeth.
- Trip 2 (5–7 days): final zirconia bridge.

How many days do I need for All-on-4?

Do I need a bone graft?
